1. If using dry beans, soak the night before, or speed soak, according to package directions, and then cook according to the directions on the bag. 2. Spray large pot with cooking spray. Saute onions and peppers over medium heat until just starting to brown. If you have some bell peppers looking for a purpose, chop those and saute them with the onions.3. Add ground turkey to the onions. (If the pan is not big enough, you can save the onions on a plate while you brown the meat, and add them back in when the meat is brown.)
