Low Cal chili? I wanted to see where home-made chilli came in nutrition wise. I used frozen corn and edamame to minimize salt. Also low salt beans and tomatoes. Not too hot spice wise but you can increase to your taste. I am happy with the calories, sodium, fiber and taste. Only used the edamame because it was in the freezer, next time probably a second can of beans would be a reasonable substitution. I put in a little cocoa because I saw it some other recipes.
