What Are The Ingredients For Wolf's Quick n' Healthy Chili Recipe?The ingredients for Wolf's Quick n' Healthy Chili are: 1 package (the equivilent of 1lb of ground beef) Boca Meatless Ground Burger2 cans (14.5oz) Hunt's Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes (undrained) 1 can Bush's Best Seasoned Black Beans (undrained) 1 can Bush's Best Seasoned Dark Red Kidney Beans (undrained) 1 medium Onion (diced) 4 tbsp Chili Powder (adjust for taste, but at least 3 tbsp) 3 tbsp Paprika (sweet) 2 tsp Onion Powder 3 cloves Garlic (minced) How Do I Make Wolf's Quick n' Healthy Chili?Here is how you make Wolf's Quick n' Healthy Chili: Over medium high heat, saute onion in dry pan with 1 short spray of non-stick spray (not enough to count in nutrition info) for approx. 5 minutes. Then add minced garlic and boca. Stir to combine. Add canned items and juices, stir throughly then add chili and onion powders and paprika. Stir to combine, then cover and reduce heat to LOW. Simmer over low heat, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot in a bowl, add a sprinkle of shredded cheese and a small dollop of sour cream if desired.
