15 oz can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
6 oz can tomato paste
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili powder
.5 tsp ground Cumin
.5 tsp Pepper, black
2 cups (8 ounces) Reduced Fat Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)


How Do I Make Chili Mac Casserole?

Here is how you make Chili Mac Casserole:

Cook macaroni according to pkg directions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown beef with onion, garlic, celery and green pepper.Drain and rinse. Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato paste and seasonings. Add macaroni. Transfer to 13 x 9 x 2 sprayed pan. Cover and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese, return to oven and bake 5-8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
