Here is how you make Goldsmith Chili:

Dice up all 4 links of sausage, add it with the 2.5 pounds of ground turkey. Cook it with together while preping everything else.Dice up all vegies and add to very large pot. Add it diced tomatos, chili starters and spices. Add in broth and bring to a boil. Once boil starts add in meat and all 8 cans of beans. I strain all but 3 cans (the juice helps add taste.
