While browning the ground beef in a non-stick skillet, I set the crock pot on low, put in the can of diced tomatoes, the can of chili beans, and two 5.5 oz cans of V8 juice - low sodium, and the packet of chili seasoning. I stirred the ingredients in the crockpot, added the browned ground beef, put the lid on, and let it simmer on low for 6 hours.
