My husband likes it hot ... so I adapted an old chili recipe by adding HOT green chiles, more chili powder, and increased the fiber of this dish by adding 2 more cans of beans. This is a very flavoful dish, great with a salad (or on top of one), and can be served with cheese and onions. A dollop of fat free sour cream will tame it (a bit).
