brown beef & add onion, cook until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients except pinto beans & elbow macaroni. Add all the spices you want - chili, tabasco, etc. Bring to a boil. Add the elbow noodles & beans. Bring back to a boil & then simmer for 15 minutes until the elbow noodles are done. Serve with shredded cheese!
