Tomato Sauce, 15-oz can
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced
Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 15-oz can)
Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped
Black Olives, 1 4-oz can
Dreamfields Angel Hair (uncooked), 1 lb OR kidney beans, 2 lbs (dry weight)
Bay Leaf, 2 whole
Oregano, leaves, 1 tbsp or to taste
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp or to taste
Celery Salt, 2 tsp or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder and 1 teaspoon of cumin if you want to make Chili Sauce instead of Spaghetti sauce.

The ingredients here aren't the same as in the spark-produced list because I wasn't able to use the right measurements. Sparkpeople doesn't HAVE the measurements I needed for specific ingredients and wouldn't let me choose or add new ingredients - at least, I don't know how to do that.


How Do I Make Spaghetti or Chili Sauce?

Here is how you make Spaghetti or Chili Sauce:

Brown 97% fat free hamburger in 12-inch electric skillet. Do not drain.Add all other ingredients and stir well. Cover and simmer until noodles are cooked.Cook noodles according to package directions. Do not overcook. Drain and return to cooking pot.Pour sauce over noodles and mix well. This is great on the night it's made, but it will taste better the next day, after having rested in the refrigerator overnight. Heat individual servings in microwave and serve topped with parmesan cheese.
