Makes 6 1-cup servingsAdd olive oil to pan. Saute onions til translucent. Process jalapenos and garlic cloves until fine mince. Add to onions. Cook til softened but not browned. Dice chicken and add to onions & peppers and caramelize. Roast and peel red peppers. Puree peppers and add to pan with broth, chili powder, & tomato paste. bring to boil.
