How Do I Make MDI's Chili?

Here is how you make MDI's Chili:

Brown turkey and onion in pan. Add chili powder half-way through the browning process. Once the turkey has absorbed some of the color from the chili powder, add the remaining ingredients, including the liquid from the mushrooms, green peppers, etc. Determine how much water you will need by how much liquid is in the pan but use no more than 1 cup initially. Bring to a rolling boil, then simmer for at least an hour. Note that depending on taste, you can adjust the green chilis and chili powder.
