Chop yellow onion and green bell pepper, add to ground turkey in pan and brown on stove. Add chili powder and cumin to turkey. While this is going drain and rinse beans well. Add to crock pot. Add can stewed tomatoes (do not drain) to crock pot. After turkey mixture is browned add to ingredients in slow cooker. Add salsa and stir well.
