3 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes


How Do I Make Thick and Hearty Venison Chili?

Here is how you make Thick and Hearty Venison Chili:

In a pan, brown venison over medium heat. At the same time, in a large pot, melt butter over medium heat; add onion and celery. Cook until onion is translucent; add garlic and cook approximately 2 minutes more. Add tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, and one can full of water. When venison has cooked, add to pot, along with spices, olives, and beans. Stir well. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat.
