1 cup Skim Milk

Here is how you make Parmesan Garlic Mashed Potatos:

Cut potatos into medium sized cubes and boil for 20 minutes. During the last 10 minutes of boiling the potatos, heat the milk and garlic in a sauce pan to not quite boiling until the garlic is fairly soft. Drain the potatos. When the garlic is soft, add the milk/garlic mixture to the potatos a little at a time while mashing the potatos with a hand masher until the consistancy you desire is reached.
