2 cups Swanson Chicken Broth, 100% Fat Free, 33% less NaCl
14.5 oz Hunt's 100% Natural Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 Bay Leaf
5 tsp Tony Cacheres Cajun Seasoning (by TXMOMMA)
4 clove Garlic , minced

Here is how you make KPH's Instant Pot Jambalaya:

1. Prep the ingredients.2. Turn on the Instant Pot select Saute. When hot, add oil and chicken. Sprinkle with 3 tsp Cajun seasoning, mix and brown, ~ 3 min.3. Add veggies and sausage, sprinkle with 2 tsp Cajun seasoning, mix and sauce ~ 5 min.4. Add water , stir and simmer ~ 1 min.5. Stir in rice and broth.6. Add tomatoes, don't stir, float bay leaf on top.7. Turn off Saute. Press Manual, high and set for 4 min.8. When finished, QR and stir in shrimp. Close quickly, reset seal and let sit for 10 min. to cook the shrimp in the residual heat.9. After 10 min.
