Prepare rice according to box instructions. In a seperate pan coated with cooking spray saute onions, carrots and peppers. Cut kielbasa up into 1/4 in slices and add to veggie pan. Cook until the meat is heated through and the veggies are tender. Add rice to veggie/meat mixture and stir.
