Smoked Turkey Kielbsa (fully cooked), 12 oz
Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, chopped
Chicken Thigh - Skinless, 16 oz
Diced Tomatoes 1 can
3tbsp minced garlic
season to taste with cayenne pepper and creole seasoning


How Do I Make C&C Jambalaya?

Here is how you make C&C Jambalaya:

In a medium pot boil brown rice for 25 minutes (just short of package instructions. In a separate larger pot, add 2tbsp of olive oil and add cook diced chicken and garlic for approx. 10 minutes on medium heat. Add in all chopped vegetables and cook for an additional 10 minutes ( until celery is no longer crunchy). Add in the can of diced tomatoes, turkey kielbsa and shrimp. Drain partially rice and add to the rest of the ingredients in the larger pot. Continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes until rice it fully cooked.
