Here is how you make Quick Jambalaya:

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken, and cook until no longer pink. Add sausage to heat through. Combine broth and water in a large saucepan or pot, and bring to a boil. Add Jambalaya mix and cooked meat, return mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes. Remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes.
