Add chia seeds and stir. Let stand for 15 minutes. Grease a 5 X 9 loaf pan. Add the turkey and bread crumbs to the mixture and combine all ingredients. Put the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake until golden (about 90 minutes). Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
