1/2 cup V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
1 cup Lentils, mashed
1 cup Onions chopped
1 cup Celery finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic minced
5 tbsp Chia Seed

1 1/2 pounds Lean Turkey, Ground

Here is how you make Chia Meatloaf:

Preheat the oven to 350 FCombine juice, lentils, onions, celery, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add chia seeds and stir. Let stand for 15 minutes. Grease a 5 X 9 loaf pan. Add the turkey and bread crumbs to the mixture and combine all ingredients. Put the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake until golden (about 90 minutes).
