Heat oil and butter in a large deep skillet. In a cooking pot, boil 1 box of bowtie pasta.When butter is melted add in all vegetables, and saute for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water, set heat to low and cover. Let steam cook for about 10 minutes. After pasta is cooked, add to skillet. toss and cook another 5 minutes.
