Cook pasta according to package.Spray large pan with cooking spray. Cook chopped chicken breasts until no longer pink. Add in garlic, red onion, mushrooms, thawed artichoke hearts, black olives and can tomatoes with juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Stir in pasta and add in feta.
