Make Pasta per package instructions omitting salt.In a skilletChop Garlic cloves and Onions, Cook in 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil over Medium heat until onions transluscent - 2-3 minutes Slice Portabellas into large chunks and add to Skillet with a splash of Balsamic Vinagarette.cook for 2-3 minutes add thinly sliced red bell pepper and Tomatoes sliced in halves. Turn heat to low add Basil, and pepper. Drain pasta and mix in remaining half of a tablespoon of olive Oil. Split Pasta into two Pasta Bowls. Divide Mixture in Skillet in half and spread over Pasta.
