-Steam frozen veggies on stove top for 20 mintues, then drain. -During that 20 minutes, prepare a pot of boiling water for your pasta.-Add the olive oil to the drained veggies. Add basil and pepper to taste. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.-Add almonds and shrimp for an additional 5 mintues.Note: Time the pasta (according to the directions on the box) to be ready about ten minutes after you drain the veggies.
