12 oz Giuliano Peperoncini (about 1 C. slice thin)
1 T. Olive Oil
1 jar Classico Spicy Red Pepper Sauce
6 oz. Asiago Cheese, grated


How Do I Make Pasta Zingara?

Here is how you make Pasta Zingara:

Brown & crumble 1 lb Turkey Italian Sausage. Cook 1 box whole wheat pasta (farfalle or penne) according to package directions.Lightly saute 1 lb fresh mushroom slices.Slice pepperoncini.Combine all with one jar Classico Spicy Red Pepper Sauce in a large casserole dish.Top with grated cheese.Bake about 30 minutes until bubbly. Makes 8 generous servings. Serve with a nice salad and crusty bread.You could cut sodium by making your own sauce. Sausage included in calorie count, but this is nice without it, too.
