Here is how you make Momma?s Fathead Pizza:

Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in microwave until completely melted. Add 2 eggs beaten and coconut flour and knead together. Between 2 sheets of parchment paper roll out the dough to fit a medium sized pizza pan. Poke holes with a fork and bake at 425 degrees for 6 to 10 mins. Until golden brown. Check at mid time, if crust bubbling poke with fork to release air. After crust is browned remove from oven and add toppings and other 1/2 cup of cheese.
