How Do I Make Pam's Pizza?

Here is how you make Pam's Pizza:

Pre-heat oven to 450 and put rack to lowest positionIn large mixing bowl add warm water sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar then add the tablespoon of yeast and then add the other tablespoon of sugar. Do not stir just let it sit there until it gets frothy. After sitting for approx. 8 minutes add the salt and then the 3 cups of flour stir till incorporated. the dough will be sticky. Gradually add up to a half cup more of flour. You may not need all of it just enough to make the dough easy enough to work with. The dough should be a soft dough thus it will be slightly wet at first but as you gradually knead the dough it will be less sticky. Knead the dough for approx. 7 minutes or until smooth and elasticy. I let the dough rest on the counter slightly covered while I clean up the counters and get the pans ready. I take 3 pie pans and spray them with Pam and then I butter up a large cookie sheet. After I have gotten everything cleaned up and ready to assemble the pizzas I take my rested dough and I take some sissors and cut of the two ends ( the size of a raquet ball) and then an additional cut the same size. I form those into 3 individual size pizzas and place them in the pir pans. Then I take the Larger chunk of Dough and place that on the cookie sheet and form it till it fills the whole cookie sheet. Then it is time to add the toppings, Sauce, then cheese and then the toppings. Put the smaller pizzas in the oven for about 8 minutes or until cheese had started to bubble and then the larger Pizza for about 15 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.
