*2 TBS. Shortening, Crisco
*05 tsp (1/2 tsp) Salt
*Flour, white, 3 cup
* Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz
*Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, Traditional, 0.50 cup
*Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
*Black Olives, 20 jumbo

Here is how you make Marie's Pizza Dough:

Desolve Yeast in 2 TBS. warm tap water in a small bowl or cup. (see back of yeast package for water temp. In a large bowl,pour the boiling water over the shortening, stir to melt shortening. Add the salt, and cool to luke warm. Add 1/2 the flour to water mixture using a spoon until smooth. Then add the rest and stir until blended. Roll the flour to desired size. Add sauce, cheese and toppings.
