Let stand for 8 hours.2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 3. Drain the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and rinse well. Drain again and place in a blender with the water, garlic, italian seasoning and salt. Blend to a pancake batter consistency.4. Pour the olive oil into a large 12 inch cast iron skilet and place the skillet in the oven to preheat . 5. Once the oil is hot, remove from oven, pour in the batter and spread evenly. Place in the oven for 10 min. After the first side has browned for 10 min, remove from oven and turn the crust over like a large pancake. Brown the other side for 5 min, then remove from oven and add the marinara, cheese and toppings.6.
