How Do I Make No Guilt Pizza?

Here is how you make No Guilt Pizza:

Preheat oven to 375. Peel and slice eggplant into rounds 1/4 to 12 inch thick. Mix all seasonings with parm. Dip slice of eggplant into egg white, then into parm mixture. Place on a baking that has been sprayed with cooking spray. bake until golden brown. Take out of oven top with sauce and cheese and any other toppings you enjoy. bake until cheese is melted.
