Grate courgette and squeeze out excess, grate mozzarella ball and add to courgette. Add seasoning and BBQ sauce. Mix together Add pork mince and with hands, mix and combine all ingredients, breaking up any mince. Create mixing until a smooth texture has been achieved. Weight out and divide into 6 equal burgers. Mould and flatten. You can fry for three minutes each side or grill for 4-6 minutes each side (these are my timings!)
