What Are The Ingredients For Pork Chop Suey Recipe?

The ingredients for Pork Chop Suey are:

1 T olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 can bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 c leftover gravy (I used turkey) or 1 small can chicken gravy
1/4 c soy sauce
8 oz leftover roast pork, trimmed of fat and cut in slivers


How Do I Make Pork Chop Suey?

Here is how you make Pork Chop Suey:

Heat olive oil in large skillet and add celery and onion. Stir and cook until onion is golden brown, about 6 or 7 minutes. Add soy sauce, mushroom soup and gravy. Stir in pork and bean sprouts. In a separate cup, mix cornstarch with 1/4 c cold water until thoroughly blended. Add to skillet. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Serve over brown rice. Note: I served over spaghetti squash.
