Here is how you make Pork Loin with Sour Cream:

Melt butter in pan on the stove. Once butter is melted, brown the pork loin on each side. Remove pan from heat (you want to save the drippings and butter). Put the pork loin into the crock pot, along with the chopped onion. Put the pan back on the heat and add the flour and beef broth. The mixture will be clumpy, but mix it together as well as you can. Once the mixture comes to a light boil, pour into the crock pot, over the pork and onions. Allow this to cook for about 5 hours on high. Add the sour cream into the crock pot and stir.
