heat olive oil in a large skillet. chop onions. trim pork chops. Cover both sides of pork chops with garlic powder than brown in the pan. take them out as they finish and set aside. Add onion and cook to transparent. Mix chicken boullion with 2 cups of water. Add boullion to the onions. Add the pork chops back. If the boullion water doesn't cover the chops add a little more. You want them mostly covered so they can simmer covered for 1hr and 45 min. In the meantime you can cook some pasta or rice to accompany it. When time is up uncover and add sour cream. mix well and let it heat thru and mix up the cornstarch with water. Add cornstarch and bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
