Here is how you make Crock Pot Moo Shue Pork:

stir together hoisin, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce (i use gluten free), and cornstarch. set aside. Place coleslaw mix and carrots in crockpot. Cut pork into 1/8" thick strips and then cut in half lengthwise and place on top of coleslaw mix. Drizzle with 1/4 cup sauce mix.
