2 OXO Cubes

How Do I Make Curried Pork?

Here is how you make Curried Pork:

Cook potatoes el dente, about 7 minutes. Cook rice enough for 4. Cut onions in quarters taking out small centre of onion and discard; mix with curry spice. Combine satay sauce, red wine, OXO cube, sweet chili sauce and water and set aside. Heat wok with olive oil. Add coated onions to flavor pan. Remove onions and cook meat. When meat is almost done, add onions, potatoes and sauce and simmer until sauce has almost completely evaporated. Serve over a bed of rice.
