Set meat aside, salt and pepper to taste.In skillet brown onion then add red wine, bring to a boil for one minute.add tomatos basil leaf, oregano and thyme and salt to taste. Add meat back to skillet and cover w/ as much sauce as possible. Simmer on low heat for 30min (flip meat half way through).Remove meat, raise heat for 3-5min to thicken sauce.
