2 tbsp Reduced Sodium soy sauce
1 tsp Cornstarch
6 oz pork tenderloin
1 tsp cooking oil
1/8 tsp ground red pepper (or more to taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c shredded cabbage
1/2 c shredded carrots
1 c fresh sprouts (bean, sunflower, alfalfa)
1/4 c sliced green onions (optional)
1/4 c bottled plum sauce


How Do I Make Mandarin Mu Shu Pork?

Here is how you make Mandarin Mu Shu Pork:

1) In a medium bowl combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Trim fat from pork. cut meat into bite-size pieces. Add the meat to the soy mixture and toss to coat. Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes.2) Pour cooking oil and red pepper into a medium non-stick skillet. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add meat and soy mixture to heated pan. Stir-fry meat and garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes until cooked on one side. Then add 1/2 c of cabbage and 1/4 c of carrots, the sproats, and onions. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until meat is cooked. Remove from heat.3) Meanwhile, heat tortillas in microwave for 15-20 seconds or in oven at 350F for 10 miinutes until warm.4)Place the remaining cabbage and carrot mixture in the centers of the 4 tortillas. Spoon the pork stir-fry mixture over the cabbage. Divide plum sauce between 4 tortillas.
