Here is how you make Herbed Maple Pork Loin:

Depends on size of tenderloin, approx 4 servings.Mix together spices and marinade pork overnight if possible. If not, cover in spices and place in roaster for oven, or in slow cooker. Mix cubed apples, onions, and brown sugar together. Place around pork. Mix together apple juice and maple syrup. Pour over roast and apples and onions. If baking, place in oven at 325 degrees for approx 1.5-2 hours. If using the slow cooker, bake on low for 8-10 hours.
