How Do I Make Pork and Lemongrass Meatballs?

Here is how you make Pork and Lemongrass Meatballs:

1) Preheat oven to 200oC (180oC fan) mark 6. Line a large baking parchment. Put spring onions, garlic, lemongrass, coriander, soy sauce and some seasoning into a food processor. Whiz until finely chopped, then add pork mince and whiz again to combine.2) Shape mixture into about 24 walnut-size balls and arrange on the lined tray. Cook for 15 - 18 min until golden and cooked through - any juices can be poured over the meatballs when you serve.3) Meanwhile, put the sugar, vinegar, chilli and 3 tbsp water into a small pan. Heat gently to dissolve sugar, then turn up the heat and bubble for 1 min. take off the heat and stir in the cucumber and sesambe oil. Empty the sauce into a small serving bowl.
