1 Medium/large green pepper sliced
1 Cup Mexican Shredded Cheese
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Salt
2Tbsp Oil
2/3 Cup Brown rice



How Do I Make Mexican Pork Chops?

Here is how you make Mexican Pork Chops:

~In large skillet heat oil and place pork in pan. Season chops with half of the salt and pepper. Cook about 3-4 minutes. Flip and season with remaining salt and pepper. Cook another 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.~Mix tomatoes,water and rice together and place in a greased casserole dish.~Place pork over rice and green peppers over pork.~Cover tightly with foil and cook at 350 for 50 minutes.~Uncover and sprinkle cheese over top.
