*Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp
Thyme, dried, 4 tsp
Salt, 2 tsp
Pepper, black, 4 tsp
small amount of salt, pepper, thyme and garlic salt to taste

Here is how you make Pork Chops with Apples and Onions:

Heat oven to 350 degreesSeason boths sides of chops with salt, pepper and thyme. Heat large skillet over medium heat and brown chops thoroughly on both sides, remove to plate. Use a short spray of Pam in skillet again and place onions and apple slices in pan. (spinkle with a small amount of thyme, salt, pepper and garlic salt) Saute on medium low heat until soft about 6-10 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and saute for another 3-4 minutes.
