Pork tenderloin or boneless Sirloin, 1 cup orange juice, 1 can mushrooms, 1/4 cup onions, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp corn starch (to thicken), seasoned salt, pepper, garlic to taste.How Do I Make Dana's Orange Pork?Here is how you make Dana's Orange Pork: Season pork to taste. Spray 1-2 sprays of nonstick cooking spray in medium skillet. Heat skillet. Brown pork on all sides briefly. Add mushrooms and onions. Saute until onions are transluscent. Add orange juice and soy sauce. Reduce heat to low. Simmer until meat is cooked to desired doneness (we like ours a bit pink in the middle). Remove meat and continue simmering until orange juice is reduced to about half. Mix cornstarch with a bit of water. Increase heat to skillet to medium, add and blend cornstarch mixture to thicken. Add pork back to mixture and turn to coat.
