Here is how you make Pork Burgundy:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In 12 inch skillet, spray oil over medium heat and brown chops. Remove chops to a 13x9 baking dish and set aside; reserve drippings. Add mushrooms and garlic to reserved drippings and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Mix the tomato sauce, wine, onion powder, bouillon, and pepper. Stir in blend with mushrooms and garlic. Bring to a boil over high heat. Pour over chops.
