Melt butter in skillet. Add pork chops. Brown on both sides for abt 5 minutes each side. Add onions & sautee a little bit longer. Add spices, mustard, kikkoman, wine, & water. Cook on medium high heat until 1/2 the liquid is gone, then turn chops. Cook until it starts to sizzle again, then add another 1/4 c of water. Turn chops, cook for4 minutes, turn chops again & cook till liquid is gone. Serving Size:?Makes 5 - 4oz servings
