2 tbsp cornstarch

Here is how you make PJ's Slow Cooker Pork Loin:

Turn crockpot on high. Heat olive oil in skillet. Brown pork on all sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme. Remove from pan and place in slow cooker. Add onions to skillet and cook until tender, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add apple juice, apple cider vinegar, A1 steak sauce and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with water until dissolved and add to apple juice mixture. Stir until thickened. Add salt and pepper if desired.
