Here is how you make Pork Chops:

1) Mince garlic and chop mushrooms and onion2) Empty the soup into a bowl and whisk in the water. Set aside.3) Heat oil in pan on medium-high heat (avoid high temperatures that cause the oil to smoke) and sautee the garlic and onions. When the onions begin to appear translucent transfer the mix to a bowl and set aside. Immediately bring the pan back to the stove top.4) Sear the pork chops on both sides so they become browned.
