Here is how you make Pulled Pork Crockpot Stew:

Rinse pork and vegetables. Cut mushrooms, celery and summer squash into 1/4 in. pieces. Finely chop scallions and include part of the stem as well. Add cup of rice and 1/2 batch of vegetables to crockpot. Sprinkle 1/2 seasoning mix across vegetables. Add the six pork chops and sprinkle the rest of the seasoning mix atop the pork. Add enough water to come to the top of the pork. Add the rest of the vegetables. Add more water just below the vegetables (enough that you can see the water through the vegetables).
