Here is how you make Big Joe's Pork Stir-Fry:

Prep: Mince 2 cloves of garlic, and slice onion. Place oinion and garlic into 1 bowl. Chop carrots into 1/2 in. peices. Mix carrots and broccolli in another bowl. Chop pork into 1in. peices and keep in seperate bowl.Cook: Heat oil in frying pan. Then, add the garlic and onions at same time. Cook till translucent. Then, add other veggies. Stir regularly for 10 min. Add pork, still stirring. Once pork starts to turn white with a little pink, add worchester sauce and water. Make sure to keep stirring to prevent sticking.
