Here is how you make Saucy Pork Stir Fry:

Marinate pork medallions in teriyaki sauce for 4 hours to overnight.Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade. In a large wok, stir fry pork in canola oil. Cook until meat is no longer pink; remove from skillet and set aside.Add frozen vegetables to skillet and cook for about 4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
