1 medium (4-1/2" long) Banana Pepper, sliced
1/2 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1/2 can GV Canned Mushrooms
1/4 can Kroger Quartered Artichoke Hearts in brine
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Here is how you make Portabella Bakes:

Prepare mushroom caps and set aside. Combine tomatoes, canned mushrooms and artichoke hearts in skillet to heat, adding spices and herbs that you want. Pulse in food processor when combined and hot. Add 1/2 T olive oil to each mushroom cap, top with 2 T sauce mixture and slices of banana pepper. Top with 1/4 ground meat and 1/2 oz cheese.
